Check-in is at 11:00 AM. Check-out is at 9:00 AM (with a possible extension up to 10:00 AM on request, subject to availability)

We have one exclusive farmhouse available for guest stays, ensuring privacy and a peaceful experience.

Yes, standard GST and other applicable taxes will be added to the bill. 

  • If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of the check-in, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
  • If you don’t show up on the check-in day, no refund will be given.
  • From Chennai: Around 320 km (approx. 6–7 hours by road)
  • From Trichy: About 55 km (approx. 1 hour by road)
  • From Thanjavur: Just 15 km (20–30 minutes by road)
  • The tariff starts from ₹3500 per room double occupancy with Complimentary Breakfast.
  • For additional guests (up to 12), extra charges apply per person.
  • This includes accommodation and basic amenities. Meals and taxes are charged separately.

No, the property is not pet-friendly at this time. 

The farm stay is located near Vallam, close to PRIST University, Thanjavur. This is a well-known and easily accessible landmark. 


The farmhouse can comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people.
